If you cannot make a raid day you will be replaced. 2-3 Absences will equal immediate replacement in the raid group. If you are consistently late you will be removed from the raid group.
If you know in advance you will not be attending the scheduled raid, Let your Superior know in advance in order to leave you of that raid day and find a replacement ahead of time.
There will be no waiting around every day for others, if you are late without notice expect to be replaced. No one enjoys waiting around 30 mins every raid day on you or anyone else, We all have other things we could be doing then twiddling our thumbs for one person to arrive.
Try to make it online 10 mins prior to raid time to ensure a quick and smooth start up. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Rules: You must make an effort to advance ilvl/Gear each week outside of static. IE: Increasing weathered gear into BiS, Obtaining weapons that increase your BiS, Ect. Do not hold others back by wearing i90 First coil gear and expect to be carried through your new loot. A LOT Of BiS Class gear is not even FROM ScoB, It IS weekly obtained vai ST or Soldiery.
You can pick two classes for loot "AS OF NOW" One class must be building your BiS Slots for the gear dropped in ScoB THIS WILL BE YOUR MAIN CLASS EVERY RAID DAY. Your Second gear is like the order, Second. It does not have to be BiS For a class, rather a piece you are looking for be it for your main, or for a secondary to build for future runs.(This Gear will be obtainable specifically after no one else in the #1 drop list is in line for it.) You are not going to be allowed to lot Vanity > Need before another FC/Raid team member. Ever. Not happening. Don't ask, Don't Imply.

To Aeth members who are interested. This will be a Coil only group, We will not be expecting anyone to run anything outside of ScoB on raid days, This includes Mandatory Primal Farming Etc.
The runs are not easy, and there will be alot of teaching for those who are new, and alot of trail and error, You WILL Get upset with one another sooner or later, You WILL Keep your mouth shut and bring these complaints only to your Superior.
You are STILL ALL apart of the same FC Family. And any rules regarding your attitude towards members will be strictly enforced.
This group is a chance to progress in endgame as well as build relationships with your fellow FC Members, You will be expected to treat each other as a family and show respect towards one another at all times.
